Chris is a Physiotherapist who takes a practical, evidence-based approach to rehabilitation. He strives to help patients better understand their condition and take an active role in their recovery. He believes the best outcomes are from clear communication, collaborative goal-setting, and individualised treatment plans that support long-term independence rather than one-size-fits-all solutions.
Chris completed his Doctor of Physiotherapy on the Gold Coast in 2024 and has developed a broad clinical foundation through experience in both hospital and private practice settings. These experiences have shaped his interest in musculoskeletal rehabilitation, sports injuries, lymphoedema management, and vestibular rehabilitation. He has undertaken additional training in vestibular physiotherapy to further develop his clinical skills.
Having spent 16 years as a competitive swimmer, Chris understands the importance of training loads, injury prevention, performance, and recovery. He brings this perspective into his practice, helping patients work towards their individual goals, whether that means returning to sport, improving everyday function, or getting back to the activities they enjoy.
Outside the clinic, Chris enjoys hiking with his wife and exploring Toronto in search of a great cup of coffee.
